    Fidgety Legs after Riding?

Not sure if this is the best forum for my question, but does anyone know a good way to solve fidgety legs after a good bike ride? Not talking immediately after the ride, but later in the evening.

I commute by bike most days of the week and it seems like restless leg syndrome on the nights after I ride, not as bad if I dont ride that day. I try to stretch and hydrate as well as eat good recovery foods when I get home but am not sure if there is anything else that can help.

My restless legs are driving my gf up the wall so I'd like to see if anyone else has this issue.

    I get this as well.
I tried a lot of nutritional tricks,

What worked best for me was increasing my intake of bananas to one almost everyday.

    Good luck
