    Bruised palm

Anybody bruise or injure their palm? I went over the bars and landed on my palm about 6-8 weeks ago. It is still super sore and hurts to bend my wrist and bend my fingers back. The doc took x rays, said nothing was broken and just to let it rest. Wondering if I could have damaged any ligaments or tendons? Thoughts?

I would ask my doctor to send a referral to an orthopedic specialist,
you will have a co-pay if you have insurance usually around $60-$10 depending on how good your insurance is. Possible co-pays for xrays in their office also.

If it is still hurting and he says just rest you can try that but do you want to risk it?
