    Back on the trail again

Just 7 weeks after a double hip replacement, I'm riding again. Harder to actually get on the bike than to pedal. Pretty mellow trail to start with but I'll work my way back.

nice! it is amazing how fast they get you active after some surgeries. 7 weeks for bilat hip replacement sounds fast to me. im almost 3 mos after repair for shoulder dislocation injury that eventually caused chronic instability. i feel like i'd be safe to do easy biking, but not safe to fall. my local XC ride is still pretty tech, so I'm waiting until im reasonably strong. good luck!
