Okay, so I haven't been riding as much. Lately when I do ride, on extended climbs my back starts hurting, muscle spasms it seems. Afterwards the pain persists but does go down somewhat after about 1-2 days.
I've not had this before, the bikes have not changed in terms of setup, geo, or components, seat angles, bars. All same as before I had pain.
Oh wait. One thing has changed is my gearing. I've gone from a 22T granny to a 26T or even just the 36T. I just realized, perhaps having to push the larger gears, could that be causing my pain?
Hmm. Anyone with this experience as well shed some light?
