    07/07/07-The luckiest day, not.

After riding the hardest, most techincal uphill riding I've ever done, I was looking forward to the 2 mile downhill full of sweet jumps. Not even a quater of a mile after we started this blazing fast, jumping fiesta, I found myself in an akward position. I was in a small rock garden with the back end of my bike several feet off the ground. I knew what was going to happen and I braced for it. My left shoulder and head slammed hard followed by some rolling and sliding and ending with me sitting upright with my bike at my feet asking myself WTF??? I walked down to my car and several hours later dragged myself into the ER where I waited 4+ hours to find out I had seperated my shoulder. What a lucky day...

    Cracked helmet
    Busted rear derailluer
    Seperated shoulder
    Other bruises

So, I'll hang out with you guys for awhile. Now where's my hydros.....

prsman, here's hoping you heal from the bumps, bruises and shoulder sep soon. Look on the bright least you're not confined to hospital while they try to put the pieces back together.

You'll be riding again in no time, I'm sure.
