Would 24" wheels work on a monocog?

I want a BMX for trail riding. So I was thinking of using a monocog frame so I can sit for long rides but would like to use 24" wheels so it is nimble and quick like a bmx.

Would using a 24" BMX fork work on a monocog? How would I adapt the v-brakes to work on 24" wheels?

Or am I completely off my rocker??????

Yes, completely off your rocker. You wouldn't be able to use v-brakes, as they will not reach the rims. Maybe lace disc hubs to 24" rims?

Waste of time and money, IMO. Why would you even want to ride 24" wheels on the trails anyway? 26" are small enough...

Like I said, so it feels more like a bmx bike.
