Good job! When I was young Dad use to say...

... your gonna get the belt, if I was out to late with the bike!

I wonder if this is what he really meant?

If any one from Redline is reading...

I remember when the Monocog 29er was introduced. The price was so low, it tempted many to go out and try a 29er that otherwise never would have. Is there a way to produce an inexpensive belt drive? And while at it, how about the ability to run some fat tires, 26 X 4.0 or 29 x 3.0 (in case some one starts making them that big) Target price range in the sub $1000 area.

I too have a remark for redline. Please increase the tire clearance in the rear.

Sweet! A rigid option would be nice for those looking to go Gates on the cheap.

Quiet, less maintenance, Gates is a US company, etc. Downside is the cost of the Gates components. Belts, cogs, etc are pretty expensive so changing up the gear ratio can get costly.

Redline Monobelt 29er looks so good! I am seriously thinking about getting one as soon as possible! New Redline models come out in February... right?
