    Redline 2011 lineup

With Trek releasing their 2011 lineup today, anyone got the scoop on what's in store for Redline? Changes, new models, prices on their 2011 models?

Here it is guys, the Redline line up for 2011! Looks like a new top-of-the-line model has been added - the D680 - but no details yet. Some changes for the D660 that I noticed right away: a front derailleur and hydraulic brakes. I really like the 1x9 setup on my D660 with BB7 brakes but I understand why Redline added more gears and hydro brakes to please the masses. Looks like the D600 was dropped. Rest of the models look pretty much the same specs. Also no details on the D440 yet either.

What do you guys think about the 2011 lineup? I can't say I'm regretting the purchase of my 2010 D660 and Monocog Flight but I'm excited to see what the D680 will bring!

I can see one spec change right off on the Cog 29er....no more Exiwolf's

I never regretted the purchase of my '08 d440 (which still has a couple original spec'd parts,LOL!),OR my '02 Monocog, they still both serve me well

i really like the new d660's colors and monocog colors... not so much the flight's. the red is a bit loud. i wish the d660 retained the 1x9 though.

odi-style lock-on grips, too? at least that's what it looks like. color scheme on the monocogs are nice. i concur on the flight, a little much for me.

I agree, the Flight is too loud for me. I like my brown 09.

I like the colors of the D660, but no need for hydro brakes. I prefer BB7 over cheap hydro. The 1X9 is not a big deal either way. It is the same crankset, just remove the shifter, front der. and small chainring. But I can see the point of why pay for it, when I am going to remove it.

    2011 d660

I just bought a 2010 d660... I like the new 2x10 (well I like the idea, I haven't ridden on it yet), but I like the graphics, BB7 brakes, and straight bar on my 2010. I think the Tektro's are a bad idea considering all the other components on the d660 are fairly high spec'd. Overall I'm glad I got the 2010, upgrading the drivetrain is a lot easier that a new paintjob
I could buy the Monocog flight on looks alone.

LBS has the Monocog 29 for $549, but I haven't seen MSRP online anywhere so I don't know if it really went up that much.

I notice a few changes from the 2010: Tires are now Kenda Nevegal, Stem is Kore, Bar is Kore, crank is Truvativ.

I paid 449tax in Deerfield Beach, FL at Jim's Bicycles for my 2011 Monocog 29er a few days ago. Other shops nearby wanted up to $600 for a 2010 model and didn't know when they could get it. My advise is to call around to local shops and check prices.

Specs sound good, probably the same frame as the D660. The problem is that is going to cost over $2000, I am guessing. I like Redline bikes for their low price and value, but $2000? don't know.

    Anyway, pictures anyone?

Thanks for the update RacerLex. I have been curious about the 2011 D440.

I missed out on a steel a couple weeks ago at an LBS where they had an '09 for $400. So I have been considering either trying to get a '10 model or waiting for the '11. From what I have seen, I am leaning toward trying to pick up a '10 before the '11s hit stores. I don't really see a need for the front gears and I prefer the paint scheme of the '10.

Bikes are nice, but I am not sure about the prices. Take about $400 off the D660 and D680 and it looks more promising.
