    IBTB.
Even after 425 posts, ou2 refuses to accept any input, or advice, and STILL believes he was right in riding too fast for conditions, and that all other users should get outta his way.

911 reports a call from lost g/f, to report a well-educated, and certifiably insane azzhole running amok on local trails..

i've only posted in response to people, and a majority of the posts were specifically correcting people who misread the facts, and made an opinion based on them. since people refuse to read, and just assume that they understand the situation, they had to be guided and spoon fed the actual events so that they could form an opinion. even though their opinions were ultimately against me, they at least formed it based on actual knowledge of the event, as opposed to just making **** up because they misunderstood.

    Wow, I mean seriously, wow.

The presence of the father in this scenario is irrelevant.

Likewise the age of the downed rider.

You took a blind corner at a speed too high to stop in time to hit a fallen rider on the trail.

You were lucky/skillful enough to avoid a collision.

If there had been a collision you would now be liable for costs.

    It is very very simple.

We all make mistakes, now own yours.
It's not enough that we do our best; sometimes we have to do what's required.

so a father who puts a child under 5 years old on a bike that just had its training wheels removed, on a down hill section of trail where the child is falling all over the place is doing his job as a parent? and there's absolutely no chance in hell that this guy made an erroneous judgement call by bringing the child there, and then ignoring them as they flopped around on the trail, to the point that they almost get run over? you're right. totally my fault.

nobody really cares that you almost hit someone. we've all been there at one time or another. people only care that you think almost hitting a 5 year old child is funny...
