    Hottest Girl in Mountain Biking

In your opinion, who is the hottest girl in mountain biking??? Keep it PG13 guys!

My vote goes to Emily Batty: http://www.emilybatty.com/ I know that she is Canadian, but her hotness factor overcomes that short coming very well.

    Not bad.

Ugh, my gf is a member of the forum too.

    My gf is up there.

I'm doomed, no matter what I type. However, it will be funny, so I'll post anyhow. Women are crafty and she might bring this thread to my attention and ask me what I think. We've all been there, where no answer is safe. I might as well doom myself, on my own terms.

I agree that Emily is very cute. But IMHO, Willow Koerber is the hottest! Plus she is American...

    French Canadian... ooh lala.

She seems to just race (well) and not be all hyped and doing semi-nude shots for publicity. THat always scores points in my book. (Right Honey? (My wife reads these forums occasionally as well.))

I think Emily is the complete package. There is something about her eyes and smile that makes me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. However; Willow & Niki are just flat out sexy.

Is it me, or is a chick that has rock hard muscles really unattractive. I'm glad my wife bikes with me, but I don't ever want her all cut and hard.....my idea of a perfect woman, is one that I can lay my head on any part of her body and be comfy.

Agreed. What harm can come from somebody driving with 200 pounds of pot in one's truck? Obviously this was for recreational use.

Because that's not alot of pot. There are close to 600 medicinal dispensary's in California. They sell an average of 5 pounds a day. The only difference is one is legal on a state level.

So, the cops should have turned a blind eye when they found the 200 lbs of pot? I'm fairly certain the she knew what she was doing was illegal, despite her general beliefs regarding whether pot should be legalized or not.

Don't get me wrong, I think the drug laws in this country are pretty screwed up (although I'll disagree that law enforcement has their priorities all wrong). But the fact is, transporting 200 lbs of marijuana is illegal, and if guilty, she should pay the price.

For the record I hardly ever smoke... so really I don't have any dogs in this fight beyond that of my self righteous beliefs.

Don't get me wrong, I think the drug laws in this country are pretty screwed up (although I'll disagree that law enforcement has their priorities all wrong). But the fact is, transporting 200 lbs of marijuana is illegal, and if guilty, she should pay the price.
If your dog is off the leash you should pay the fine as well. Regardless of what you or they think is right.

No, but 200 pounds for a non - violent offender should not be anything substantial. Its 200 pounds of freaking non addictive plant matter.

Somebody buying 200 pounds of ephedrine is more serious of a crime in my eyes.

Amazing how Donte Stallworth (Cleveland Browns) got away with only 30 days in jail for DUI Manslaughter. He had alcohol in his system, to the point of being a DUI and killed a pedestrian while he was at it.

So now 40 years is a just sentence for pot, but 30 days is just for killing someone?

So your "she deserves nothing" comment was not to be taken literally? Do you think she deserves to be punished? (I also might have to disagree with you regarding pot being nonaddictive.)

And I'm fairly certain that meth production is considered a more serious crime in the eyes of the law as well.

She deserves a fine and community service but jail time will do none of us any good (her or the tax payers). Jail should be reserved for violent criminals who pose a physical threat to society.

You would think that as a society we would have evolved beyond imprisoning people for all "serious" crimes, that's so dark ages. There are much more effective and productive forms of punishment.

In all seriousness I think the worst she should get is probation. I do not think she should do jail time at all, and if she does, It should be no more than 30 days like the quarterback.

Without ephedrine it is almost impossible to make meth these days, especially on a large scale like the mexicans are making it. It does no good to have laws that restrict the sale of ephedrine on a state level, when its still being bought buy the ton on the global market.

There are only like 4 or 5 companies in India who make the stuff. It would be pretty easy to reduce the epidemic in drastic proportions buy eliminating the main ingredient all together.

    Why hasn't this happened yet.

What about repeat offenders? And would somebody who is stoned and say driving a car--or better yet, jay walking on a busy street--be considered a threat to society? Couldn't one argue that transporting 200 lbs of marijuana could potential be a threat to society? We're assuming that the pot was not just for her, and whose to say that it won't eventually get into the hands of somebody who could be consider a menace to society.

And by the way, I agree that minor drug offense deserve the absolute minimum punishment.

Arguments could be made that killing a fly is a threat to society and I don't have the time or will to draw the exact line, that's why I used the word "physical threat" because in my mind its a good place to start.

Repeat offenders of what? Jay walking if done in gross negligence that causes a fatal car accident is just a serious as driving drunk and killing somebody. Law's are setup to create guidelines and judges are suppose to apply the severity based on the case at hand. I don't think that needs to change just our view on what is a felony and what is not.

Again it comes down to on if you are infringing on the rights of another and please don't twist that into "killing that fly is infringing on my right to let it live" argument. Common sense and precise rules need to be created well beyond this post. I just don't think that selling something somebody wants to buy that has proven to be relatively harmless if used responsibly should be illegal. If we chose for it to be so then at least it shouldn't be criminal, waste tax payer money to combat at a ridiculous level, and actually support legalized crime.

We have an imprisonment ratio of 1:100 in this country. Think about that... 1% of our people are in jail RIGHT NOW. If that doesn't tell you something about our laws and how they are out of sync with society I don't know what would.

Indeed, the cliff is having a set of laws that no longer reflect the society they represent. 1:100.... and climbing.

A person being a menace or a threat really has nothing to do with pot being in their possession. She is not responsible for what happens down the line. A liquor store isn't liable when sombodys dies in a DUI, or the person goes on a shooting spree.

I think driving stoned does cause you to be more lazy and not as aggressive. I don't consider it to be anywhere close to driving drunk.

An argument can be made that she 100% is responsible. This is why possession with the extent to distribute is a more serious offense than possession. Are you suggesting that they should be viewed as the same offense?

And you might want to rethink your comment regarding driving stoned.

I don't agree with that law. It's a bogus charge.

I don't view selling pot as a punishable offense, no matter how much is involved.

I don't think you should do any time for plant matter.

I agree it generally slows your motor skillls down some. I don't think it impairs you to the point that alcohol does though. I notice no difference in performance while biking or skiing stoned, and I have never had an accident because I was stoned.

The only place I notice a difference in performance is at work, so I don't usually smoke. during those times.

Hhmmmm, okay. I'm pretty sure the law is in place for a reason.

You're basing your argument that because marijuana is a crop, it should be legal? And are you also making the argument that driving under the influence of pot should also be striken from the law books?

Making a natural occurring psychoactive substance illegal should be the crime. I feel that way about all plants not just pot.

I think it should be legal because I don't think there is any harm from the stuff.

I never said the law should be stricken from the books, and I am in favor of having it on the books if it helps with legalization.

I am frustrated the most by the money that is wasted on prohibition. That is alot of money that could be put into education and social services.

Inga Beck of the IMBA trail crew is my nominee. http://www.ihatebikes.net/gallery/di...e.php?pos=-104

Jason Van Horn is a lucky guy. Leigh Donovan is a hottie too. Marla Streb had a pretty hot picture in Outside (?) magazine a few years back.

While Nikki Gudex is pretty, she's got a well-oiled PR machine and I'm not sure I'm buying into the hype.

Darcy Turenne is cute and an amazing rider.
