Yes i dated a ferral chick once that was so grubby that some sort of mushroom germinated deep inside her ear, she had hearing problems, went to the doctor and he sent her to a ear specialist and he dug out some sort of mushroom, apparently he had never seen a mushroom that had germinated in an ear before, he took photos of it and everything.
