I'm really digging the idea of a detachable chamois liner. I'd agree, Flexibility is the key! Now, only if they have their own website... Or might be missing something else here... Well, I'd google some more, LoL!

I suppose there should have been an availability date in the press release. Hoss is introducing them at Interbike next week and the first production shipment is on the way. The new Stallion shorts will be made available through existing Hoss retailers, and on www.hossmtb.com, though I"m not sure of the timing of the first shipment.

    Hoss

You know, Hoss makes great stuff when it comes to shorts... the jerseys a little weird though. The fabric doesn't wick at all and they not XC or road savvy: no rear pockets at all, very short zippers.
The shorts however, they rock... The new version isn't anything new. Endura has been making something just like it for several years now. We have been selling both brands for a long time now, pretty much the only baggie short we stock (everything else would be "special order").

Hoss' shorts are also Clyde-friendly - I am 6'1" 240lbs. I have 3 pairs of Ponderosas (that I love) and will probably add a few Stallions into the mix as well.
