Are you looking to have a set built up or getting a prebuilt set? DT Swiss makes some very nice stuff (it's what we spec on the bikes) if you want prebuilt. The other very popular/reliable build is a set of Hope's on either Mavic 819's or 823's (depending on your preference).

Shimano XTR is how I roll - Tubeless Nevegals, and I never have a problem. I run the Trail wheels on my Mach 5.7, and I used the older XTR wheels on my Mach 5 last year (XT front wheel since there wasn't a 15mm option for XTR). Rim profile is perfect for mounting tubless tires, and they are strong as well.

I've had the XT wheels on my bikes for 2 years - light, UST, and pretty reasonable. I'm in the same weight range.

Quoted for truth. I have a set of Hope/819's that have been rock solid.
