Too much sag in the rear of my Firebird.

I have a FB with a DHX 50 shock. It's a 2013 bike. Recently, the shock won't hold a 30% sag. I can pump the thing up to 240 lbs and it still sags to over 50-75%. I weigh 220. I am putting 150 lbs in the boost chamber. Is my shock toast, or am I doing something wrong?

I run 170psi in my main of my DHX Air 5 and 180psi in my boost (according to my gauge). I'm only 175lb riding weight so I'm guessing you may have yourself a leaky seal.

Def sounds like the shock has a problem. On that bike you'll get the 30% sag with air pressure pretty close to your riding weight.

So.... what do I do? Should I send the shock back to Fox? I assume they warrantee their products?

Yeah, I'd start by calling your LBS and see if they can take care of it (getting the RA#, shipping, etc). If you don't have a shop nearby, you can call Fox and talk to them about the issue and they'll help you out. I'm not completely sure what the warranty policy is with suspension on a bike but I'd assume it'll be covered.
