Tall guys, show me your XL Mach 429Cs

I'm sorely tempted by a 429c, but having some sizing issues as I think I'm between frame sizes. I'm 6'2.5" and I think the L would be a tad short while the XL is very long/tall!

So 2 questions: 1) folks on XLs, how tall are you and do you find the bike fits you well?

    2) How bout some photos of your XL? It seems like they did some things that are unique to that size, e.g. Split TT and DT at the head tube junction. Does this mean no internal cable routing on that size?

I'm 6'6" and ride the XL, so if you're an oompaloompa at 6'2" it's not a sure thing. I would have to ride both sizes to decide. Also, if you're running a dropper you would need to make sure you have enough clearance from the seatpost collar, the seat tube is quite long on the XL. Personally I like riding with a shorter stem and less exposed seatpost but I don't really ever have to decide when selecting a frame size, I just go with the biggest.

The TT/DT junction is split and there is no internal cable routing. But that's a good thing in my opinion, makes things simpler.

6'3" here, and had the same problem...

But I had the shop set up a large with the same cockpit dimensions as my singlespeed, which I think fits me perfectly. They said to get it to match, they would need to max out the seat post, put a longer stem on, and basically that i should go with an XL.

They built an XL for me, and it felt HUGE. However, the first ride had me sold. That was nine months ago, and I feel like this bike is custom made for me. So...go with the XL

6' 4" here on a 429c. I find the bike is just a bit small for my tastes. But apparently, my taste runs to the larger size.
