    Here´s mine
Just built mine, no modifications... yet. But looking at the components that come standard with the XTR/XT built I doubt I will make any.
    Kind regards

Finally got rid of the crappy Reverb.
Went back to Giant Contact SL dropper - much better and more reliable with only one issue. It's remote is kinda 'meh so I opted for Specialized SRL remote lever that fits very nicely and integrates neatly in the cockpit.

Here´s mine, so far loving it and the difference with a 26" is tremendous!

This is my new Firebird XL. It's a huge upgrade from the weak-brand, old geo, 150mm 26er I was riding. There isn't a single aspect to it that isn't noticeably better!

She now rides with Saint M820 brakes, Nukeproof AM saddle, Ergon GE1 grips, Renthal Carbon Fatboy bars and Apex 33m stem, mashguard, On-one components chainguide and Brendog DMR Vault pedals. I will switch to a Sunrace MX8 11-46t cassette once the XT wears out. Similar weight, better gearing. I've used 3M pro series PPT matte tape to protect the frame - practically invisible. The linkage issue has been addressed by the same tape with a little foam tape on top.

Some of the taping process. Super easy with 1 tbsp baby shampoo and 600mL water. Alcohol spray to clean with a lint free cloth. Trimmed sections to fit once they were on the bike.
