If you're considering ebikes, this is a good one. Got to ride it for three months.

But it's a China made bike!
There's better with the new Specialized Levo's coming out this week.

Being China made doesn't necessarily mean poor quality.

    It's a communist country!
    I don't like supporting a communist country!
    Is that fair enough?

Still want to know and I am not trolling, where else are carbon fiber frames and rims made?

If you hate communism then Taiwan is a good choice but other than that I am not sure where else you can go.

Maybe some custom fabricators out there in the world that make one off aluminum bikes but carbon fiber anywhere but China and Taiwan?

No contract manufacturing that I know of outside of China or Taiwan, but there are small makers like these guys out there.

Enve builds their rims in UT.

The shuttle is a great bike. I have ridden mtb for almost 24 years with a lot of different bikes in different disciplines. i can not say anything wrong for this bike. It is a great trail/ enduro bike. It is now more fun to do some laps and with my current fitness level i can ride more often with more altitude. If you like china or not if you avoid all their products you will probably have to sell more then only your bike.
