Pike 150 or Fox 34 on the 5.7c

Just picked up a 5.7 wonderin who's runnin either the pike or 34 and how do you like either one ? I can get a used 34 and replace the ctd cartridge drop it to 150 and still be cheaper than a new pike. Whats the real verdict on these 2 forks, lots of propaganda out there..

Don't dare put a Fox on that bike ...
I just went through a build and I hated the Fox 34 , ( I went through it , updated it and got it working good , until I road the Pike ) I also just went through a Demo day and road all the Pivots , the Fox forks really don't work well.
I went to a Specialized ride day and all the Specialized bikes had the Pike on them ......now I know why .
I took the Fox 34 off and I put the 14 Pike 150 on my bike and I can not believe the difference , it is a game changer

When I changed the forks out I measured the A to C with both forks laying on my welding table and used a machinist scale , so the measurement is not quite book spec but this is what I got , the 150 29er Fox 34 measured 562 and the 150 29er Pike measured 556 , so the Pike was 6mm shorter .
I also changed out a 27.5 Fox 160 on a Bronson for a 27.5 Pike 160 and the pike was 3 mm shorter , I am not at my shop now so I don't have the whole measurements but I remember it was 3 mm shorter , and the Fox on the Bronson was a 150 and I had changed it to 160 acoupple a months ago before we got the Pike .
