Mach 5.7C XS what bottle cage will fit inside the frame?

Tried a couple and they don't fit or hit the frame on the back. Is there a small cage that fits?

Have you tried one of the side loader styles? I don't remember what cages we've tested with that size frame...

Just curious, did you find a cage that fits? I have an XS 5.7c and have the same issue.

Specialized Zee cage left - works well with medium Camelback bottle. I still needed a tape on the frame and a couple of washers to make it perfect

correct, the back of the cage is still close to frame, so a small tape similar to cable rub protection

I had the same problem. None of the random cages we had lying around fit. I went to a shop and bought yet another one. It's a Cannondale - Cannondale C Water Bottle Cage - Free Shipping with AlsSports.com!

It fits but it's tight. I don't keep it on the bike - I just put it on when I think I'll need to supplement my Camelbak. I could try some tape so it doesn't rub.

Do you have room to space out the cage itself (thick washer)?

Oh, that's a good idea - I'll pick up some washers and give it a try. I'll let you know.

I find that on my large frame it's easier if I flip the shock around (so that the adjustments are closer to the seat tube). Maybe that will help on the xs as well.

Update... I have a XS 5.7c. Tried the Specialized Zee cage but it did not fit on my frame. The Cannondale C Water Bottle Cage fits perfectly. I use a Camelbak Podium bottle, 21oz - 24oz is snug, but still works.

Can anyone post up a picture of their XS 5.7C? I am in the market for one, but I would like to see what it actually looks like. I was wondering how different it looks compared to a M or L frame, mainly with the top tube.

    Thanks!

This pic was posted by a fellow Mtbr member in another thread. It is his wife's XS 5.7c. Notice how short the TT is..there is no curve compared to the larger sizes. http://fcdn.mtbr.com/attachments/piv...8cb25a31d4.jpg

Also note the lack of gusset at the Top Tube/Seat Tube junction. That's one way to tell the frame size, bigger frame=bigger gusset.
