Mach 4 and Mach 5.7 Frame Weights? (Alloy)

Pivot lists the frame+shock weights for the alloy Mach 4 and Mach 5.7 at 5 and 5.6 pounds, respectively. These seem amazingly light! Are they accurate? Can any owners who have weighed their frames chime in with their real-world results?

    Thanks!

Maybe in the smallest size frames for those models. I never weighed my '09 medium Mach 4 frame, but I'm pretty sure it's a bit over 6 lbs. Pivot doesn't make the lightest frames available, but that's because they are focused on ride quality and I'd put their frames up against anybody's.

More...their durability, stiffness and pedaling efficiency more than make up for any perceived shortcoming of being "heavy." The proof is in the riding.

My Mach 5 is built like a Sherman M4 and rides as soft as a babies bottom. Weighs well over 6lbs I'm guessing.

Probably not weighed with thru axle or seat clamp - my 5.7c was just a gair over 6lbs
