Love my '11 429 but it's too big

I absolutely love my large 2011 Mach 429 but it is too big. I bought it this spring, it was a new leftover that the LBS wanted to clear out before the 2012's rolled in. Turns out I need a medium. Due to injury (sustained on a different bike) this bike has had very little use. Less than ten short rides. Anyone have a medium they wish was bigger? Mine is the black ano. It is in pristine condition. I would be interested in swapping frames.

Not a good advice from your LBS. You didn't take it for a test ride?

It is an excellent bike shop. The owner is similarly proportioned to me and rides a large. I didn't test ride, I was coming off a significant injury. I fit on the bike using an 80mm stem and zero offset seatpost. It is more of a preference thing. If I am between sizes I tend to size down. Others including the shop owner prefer to size up.
