    Late season video, firebird squared

Late season riding out in south Denver. The weather was totaly inverted, 35 at the start of our ride on the floor of the front range and near 60 at the top (2k climb), then less than 40 back at the bottom hours later. My buddy Jeffro, just scored the Firebird demo bike from Golden bike shop at the end of the season, he is beyond stoked and it was the right bike for him. We had some fun chasing each other in some super tight woods.

Depends on mother nature. Some years there are trails that stay good all year long.
Last year was not one of those years. Fingers crossed for this year.

its a shame to say, but its private/resident only trails. Not my residence, I was a guest and a very grateful one at that.

That's what I thought. I have a buddy who lives back there and we ride it once or twice a month. The residents can get snotty if you don't have a sticker on your bike even if you are with a resident. Great trails though.

yeah we can ride most of the year, but anything with sustained climbing will get and hold snow eventually, cause of north facing slopes.

It is the chest mount with Gopro HD. I am actually going to modify the chest harness to allow the camera to tilt up a few more degrees so a little more of the trail is in view. I really prefer the chest mount but its tough to ride sitting up enough to get the proper camera angle.
