Aside from making sure the bolt that hold the links are tight (doubt they'd be loose, but worth a check), I would suggest checking your wheel, be sure there are no loose spokes or the hub hasn't developed any play. GL

Rocker bolts fall out? I guess the triangle could flex if the upper bolts came out and the lower DW link was still firm.
Or maybe you sheered the rocker in half.

like the others said... i broke a main pivot bolt once (big gold ones) and everything looked fine until I went to back them out and sure enough one of them had sheared in two...

have felt the same strange sensation of the bike swaying or the feeling that something is not right. had a check on the bolts of the rocker...a couple were loose. This is not the first time it has happened. I also had one bolt broken before....its strange considering I don't do big jumps.

I have to add that when I brought it to my LBS..they quickly fixed the problem (i.e change of bolts)

Regular maintenance of the frame, and checking the torsion on your bolts is something you should do often. It's always important to insure you are tightening bolts to the correct settings. Over tightening of bolts can create issues, and it can even cause bolts to loosen up. So, please be aware of these settings, as well as what type of grease, anti-seize, or thread compound to use for each bolt.

Ended up being a warranty issue. Actually sheared the link pin in half, right where the threads met the shank. Pivot said it was only the 3rd time its ever happened. They shipped me new link pins and all new bearings at no cost.

Ha, I think mine was mid 2010. Does that make me first or second?
