    Check out the new Site!

For all of those who noticed that our old site was old and tired. We have put it to sleep, and it went down quietly...

We now have a new site, and I hope that you all enjoy it as much as we have putting it together.

    Love,
    The Pivot Staff.

    What they said.

Interesting to see the 011 bike specs also. I see you are now using the Fox 180 Float shimmed to 170 on the FB. Nice upgrade.

I didn't realize they are keeping the old Mach 5. Both the Mach 5 and the Mach 5.7 are on the bikes pasge

I doubt they are keeping the Mach5 - more like phasing it out. I think that it is a good idea to keep the info up for prospective buyers - there will be a lot of shops with 2010 Mach5 bikes that they will need to sell along side the new 2011 5.7.

Love it. Good on ya spec'ing the fbird with the fox 180 @ 170mm. The 160mm wasn't enough.

Yeah, we still have plenty of Mach 5's available so it made sense to include the specs.

Good to see the new site

But i can tell you first hand that i think PIVOT's priority is not about blingy flash websites but a good customer service, bells and whistles are no good when you dont have a good back-up. I have bought a few bloody expensive "boutique" bikes and i can tell you that Pivots back up is the best i have ever experienced hands down , second to none !!!

I can seriously say with the performance of my 429 and the back-up if anything ever goes wrong (if ever, mine was a QA miss sorted in 7 days with a new frame, by chris himself) i will be a pivot owner for the forseeable future

Looks great, one thing. One the Firebird page under Bike Info it states size options as SM, MED & LRG - no XL, but on the Geometry tab it lists all 4. This could be confusing to some. Otherwise much better than previous, keep on keeping on

Oh yeah one other thing, frame weights?? Or did I miss them?

Is the geo the same on the women's mach 5.7? The site doesn't say. I wish those were anodized pink frames.

One of the best parts for me is the bike info page. It really gives a great description and intent of the design. If it were my site, I would add better quality and larger downloadable bike pictures similar to that other bike manufacturer that starts with a "T" and ends with a "K".

1+ I would really like to be able to zoom in to get a better view of the changes.

I did not see them either, and not just frame... 429 complete bike weights anywhere?

The Pivot Cadet hat is available now - ask your dealer to order one for you. I think the MSRP will be around $24.
