Just spent a week in Moab for Outerbike and a short riding vacation. Here are a few pics to entice those of you who didn't make it out there

I really wanted to make it out for Outerbike, just couldn't swing it! How was that Firebird out there? We're going to ride the Enchilada this saturday.
Did you happen to ride a Yeti 7? If so, which did you like more?

Hopefully the weather cooperates, there was a dusting of snow on the peaks when I drove out today...

Mikey; Josh is always grinning like that
MR ED; Firebird was designed with Porcupine in mind so it works great there. We were working the demo so it would've been weird to snag a Yeti to ride....

Ah, thanks for the adrenaline rush!

Where is that slick rock with the arch far in the background? Looks like something off Amasa Back. The line the rider is doing kinda looks a little bit exposed!

Beautiful. I haven't been there but my bro and his wife did a trip to the Denver/Boulder/wherever trails (ribbon and something else - riding with a Honda factory sponsored enduro rider), then MOAB. Told me it's an epic place to ride. The pics only confirm that. Me jealous.

derby; That line is on Amasa, out at Pothole Arch. Framing is everything there, that line is super mellow (probably 100 ft of flat rock on the opposite side with a gentle slope). It's just one of those spots that works out. I've done some really sketchy stuff that ended up looking like I'm on a sidewalk in the photo....

Outerbike was a great event, hopefully they are able to pull it off next year with Interbike going to Aneheim next year. Couldn't have asked for better weather and some sweet trails to test bike on. I never made it to the Pivot tent but I am demo-ing a 429 on Monday.
    Nothing to see here.

All the riding pics are from Amasa Back. The Arch is visible from Pothole Arch trail, the other shots are on Rockstacker.

What caused the stop on that step-up on Amasa?
