Just wondering how it's working out and if you miss your granny.
Bad rep!!! That's right SON!!
I will be soon, when e13 finally sends me their e-type chain guide. I'm going with a 33 tooth spiderless chainring from Home Brewed Components and 11-36 cassette. I'm losing the two lowest and highest gears. I think it's gunna work out good.
I am, 32 front with XX 11-36 out back. I don't miss the granny, or big ring for racing. If I went to CO or somewhere for a epic bike trip, I might be in trouble with out the granny.
Search my post to see my chain watcher up front.
I went 1x10 for a 6 hour race and could of used the two lowest gears I had dropped with the conversion. Or I could get more in shape. So needless to say the XX 2x10 is back on my 429.
