Any short peeps on a 429c?

I ride a 5.7 and an M5 in size small with 70mm stem. I am 5'3" and this is the size that works for me. The XS are just too small.

That being said I'm wondering if a Small 429c would work of if the 23 TT is just a smidgen too long and the big wheels would make the bike a bit too big. I'm getting the itch for a new bike and with the 5.7 and an M5 with 650 wheels on I was thinking a 429c would round things out.

Depends on how you're built (more torso or legs). At 5'6" for my build, I just squeeze into a small w/ a 70 stem. My wife is 5'4" and it's too big for her (she has a short torso).

I am 5'3" with 28.5 inseam, long torso and extra long arms. The 429c small seems right for me, but I may not have normal girl proportions. Whatever bike I ride, I am always begging for a little more stand over. Luckily this bike rides better than great, and the minimal stand over has not been an issue for me.

It also took me a while to set up the fit. It did not ride right when I set it up like my other bikes. I ride it more upright and it feels and rides better than any bike I have been on.
