    27.5 Firebird Tire Options?

What are the largest tires anybody has put on the rear of a 27.5 Bird? Brand and width? New frame or converted pre-27.5 launch? I am building up a new 27.5 Bird and not sure what my rear tire options are. Wheels will be I9 Enduro hoops with 26mm internal width. Thanks in advance.

I used a 2.3 neo moto on my 2012 FB and that was obviously prior to whatever change they made to the rear triangle. I think they just changed the middle support brace, so you should be able to get the Schwalbe HD 2.35 in there anyway.

I'm not sure Pivot did anything to the rear triangle based on looking at my frame and your pics. It's possible they made a little divot in the brace to provide more room but I'm not positive about that.
