    2012 Firebird with coil shock

Pivot confirmed I can run only the Fox DHX RC4. If the spring is under 400, I can run the carbon rockers otherwise i have to switch to the Allow ones. My question is what spring should I run? I like it on the plusher side. I weight 235 ~=/- fully equipped.
I'm leaning towards the 400+2.5 but wanted to see what y'all in this weight range are running.
Also, is coil a good upgrade for the firebird? I figured I can use this on my Mojo HD as well

I'm the same weight and am running a 500 with 2 turns on the preload collar. The sag is spot on and the 'plushness' is very pleasant (once I got everything else on the RC4 set- which took a few months of riding and tweeking).

The coil was/is the best upgrade I have made for the firebird - the extra weight is worth the performance.

SO just to confirm what pivot said, if the spring is under 400 you can use the carbon rockers, if above must use the alloy? Mmm, been running the carbon rocker... hasn't broken yet
