Your really gonna ride around Swat with a full squish multi-speed when it's a SS ride?

Don't forget to lock out, and remove one pedal...LOL

PS: bankofdad, just ride as fast as you normally do(which is super fast) so justinincaseineedgears can use his BIG RING

I know I deserve some ball busting in return...
    ...I await your responses

NEPMTBA, my riding has fallen off a cliff to the point where new nickname should be toilet paper since I will be bringing up the rear. HAHAHAHA

My wife and I will try to make it too... and yes, on single speeds! She will be on her bright orange Surly 1x1 and I will be on an ugly black and gold Special Ed Rockhopper. Nice to see a group meet at 11 instead of 7-8 am...

We rode Swatara this past Sunday and the trails are in great shape. Someone really put in a lot of work after the storm as there was fresh chopped wood all over the place. Thank you to whoever you were. I rode with my folding handsaw, and didn't have to take it out once.

We (SAMBA) had a small crew out on the trail cleaning up after the storm. In total 41 hours was spent removing downed trees.
    Enjoy the trails!

I'll probably be there with a few other riders, my Trek 800 single speed is still a work in progress though...and a learning experience as well.

We should have a decent size crew coming from WB and seems like most will have their SS.

I plan on going, don't have an SS, nor could I ride one all day with my knee, I'm hoping we can be one big group and no SS shunning the geared riders.

There will be finger pointing, gesturing, head nodding, talking under one's breath with lots of "uh huh" moments! LOL

For all the Wilkes-Barre crew, we will meet at KMart parking lot on RT 309 in Wilkes-Barre Township and LEAVE AT 9AM. Try to get there before 9am.....it takes around an hr and half give or take a few to get there. We can meet up and carpool if need be as well. Weather is supposed to be great and seems like we will have a large group which will be fun!

    Hey brian,

My rodie buddies crew coming up 9am sunday to ride swatara. If you see a bald headed guy (name rabbit) on a new camber 29er bike make sure to keep andrea away from him. He may hit hit her if he rides behind your group.

I'm going up rcst to ride. Did northern michaux during the week and spent some time move trees. Hoping fawn kill didn't get as much as swatara. Seem lebonan area got hit hard with storm than south (big flat and caladonia) didn't have much down last sunday.

BigE (last rcst member since we join samba now as a club).

You call it Bankofdad....Hopefully we get a big group like we did today.

And another thank you to SAMBA, never knew Sandy made her mark there....I was reading on their site that there was over 100 trees down and over 41 hrs put in to clean up the trails. Amazing job and thanks again!
