New question here. Riding at Valley Forge?

Is there any good, fun and legal singletrack to ride at Valley Forge? If so, what's it like and where can it be accessed? Thanks!

There's good, fun singletrack in Valley Forge / Betzwood, its technically not legal but no one really seems to bother mountain bikers. You can access the trails from either side of the river by the 422 footbridge. If you go on the side where the Schuykill River Trail is make a left off the footbridge and head away from Philly, about 1/2 down on the left there is break in the fence, that's the beginning of a nice trail. On the Park the trails are between the railroad tracks and the river, you can get to them from the road to the footbridge, there's and entrance to them at the end of the road on the left.

There's a decent amount of singletrack around there, you just have to go exploring. Easiest thing to do is go to the end of the parking area at Betzwood & follow the stone path along the river. Alittle way down you find some singletrack that cut off of the stoen path. Follow these & you'll find some good stuff.

I usually ride there on weekends
