Place to do intervals in/around Philadelphia

I am going to be at the Downtown Marriott next weekend and am looking for a spot to do some Cyclocross practice/intervals in the 6-10 minute range. I would prefer some twisty turny terrain where I can go hard but still have some technical challenge. ~5-6 miles from the Marriott would be best. I would like to ride rather than drive there. I know about Wissahickon and Belmont Plateau, I just don't know if there are places appropriate for the cross bike rather than a mountain bike. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The weekend after Thanksgiving or the following one? The SS WC is at Belmont on 12/6-12/8...assuming you are aware of this. Belmont would be my first thought.

I would think there might be a cyclocross site to check with; not sure how much cross over demographic you'll find on (see what I did there)

Check out Harmony Hill, not too far from your location. Small trail system in loops, cross-bike friendly, hard to get lost, good place to crank out laps, should fit your requirements. here's where the trail head is:

My mistake. I thought he was in downingtown. Not down town. Belmont is the ticket.
