    New Years Day.....

    ....first ride of the new year.....we started out in 45 degree weather!!!!! Snow up on the Mountain was melting fast.....it was super soft when we rode through the remaining drifts...but the warm sunshine made it all good....

    No mechanicals.....

    no injuries....just riding with friends enjoying the first day of January......we toasted the ride with some of our favorite beverages to finish a great start to the new year....Ride On!

    I was up in Mt Top with Lee one time, there is some "invigorating" climbing...LOL!!! Definitely got my blood pumping!!!

    That looks like fun, Naner and I rode the singlespeeds @ Roaring Creek, the weather was great and his leg held up. Been a great holiday weekend so far.....

    Actually, I did! Maria and I were up early and went for a pre-breakfast hike at the Moon and found it just where I thought it would be, so no harm done.

    Great ride................only thing missing from last year was......Bear. There was more snow on the ground and it was colder last year. Thanks for keeping the first ride of the year tradition alive.
