    Mt. Top 3-21

My cabin fever overcame my loathing of the cold today. It was a brisk 27 degrees when Flurry and I headed out to Mt. Top this morning. At least the sun was shining! Headed up from Tunnel road, and did whipper snapper, snapper 4,and snapper 3. The singletracks were in good shape, clear in most spots with only a light coating of snow in others. The same can't be said for any open areas though. The gameland roads still had a good couple inches on them. I decided to take them back west to drop out. In hindsight, I would have been better off doing it as an out-and-back. It was quite the slog back to the car.

By the way- Nice work on the bridge! Seeing on how it was just the dog and I, and she's not up to Lassie standards, I decided to go around. Can't wait to try it though, looks really well constructed.

Thanks. I almost bagged it as well, but made it as far as the singletrack and saw it was ridable. Hope that snow misses us on Sunaday. Figure two days of sun and some 40 degree temps should clear up most of the trails.

    Nice ride!

I know you said Wed's are good for you if it's nice this Wednesday I think I will be off if you want to head out somewhere again. Getting bored riding the same stuff near locust lake every few days haha.

My schedule changes day to day unfortunately, but I love getting out Friday evenings after work. I usually will stop at Roaring Creek on my way home and ride the ridge Friday after work.

Adam, Jkad, either of you decide if you're riding tomorrow? I'm off and can go after 9am.

I got suckered into working tomorrow so it's a no go for me unless you guys decide to go later in the day and I might be able. Otherwise it'll have to be some other time.

Sorry, 12 is too late for me tomorrow, but we'll hook up another time. Dirtrider- thanks! She is a good biking buddy. Never says no to a ride.
