Michaux State Forest - Teaberry Loop

Has anyone taken this trail at the park? I'm looking for some single track and was interested in the Teaberry 10 mile loop. Is the trail easy to folllow?

check out Bikers of Michaux website. They should be able to fill ya in or show you the way.
I give positive rep all around but then I get negative rep from all the clowns.

It is definitely not easy to follow if you have never ridden the trail. Maps can be found here http://gettysburgbmx.ipower.com/michaux/ and I would take a GPS incase you get lost. Teaberry is one of my favorite trails though

I planned on using this map:

Is it advisable to go by myself? Or should I take someone along with me?

Last year I tried to ride the Teaberry race course alone the week after the race. I had the map in my pocket and the tire tracks from 100 racers to follow. I lost the trail at a road crossing about 3/4 through and had to ride the road back.

Try it if you like but Id suggest trying to join up with someone who knows the way

Good luck man! It's a good ride. You have a better map than I did

Just got back from a longgg ride on the teaberry loop. Let me start by saying if you do not have a guide or GPS you will get lost! Nothing is marked. I actually only made it about 60% of the way around because I completely lost the trail - even with GPS.

The trail itself wasn't too bad. I think the massive amount of leaves made it harder to find my way around, and it seemed liked it slowed me down...
