How about you coming up with a better name for your shop instead of basically trying to steal someone's elseís name?

    Coping? That's cute.

I am sure Performance will see your name some day, and send the lawyers to stop you. Yes that will be wrong, but they will win since they can spend $5000/day on lawyers and you can’t.

    Raymo853:

I see we both went to the same school for spelling!. Sorry about that! "Copying" Sometimes my fingers just don't type correct. But, now let's look at your typing and grammer!

    As in:
I am sure Performance will see "you" name some day, and send the lawyers to stop you. Yes that will be wrong, but they will win since they can spend $5000/day on lawyers and you canít.

Didn't you mean: "YOUR" name? That's Cute!

It's not nice to be mean to me. I know people at Performance bike!

Well anyways, Ahh The rules of business. My name is "Proformance Cycle"

Ok, thier's is: Performance Bike OK? Got that? Just for your info my name is registered with the state of PA! Did you know when you apply for a business license you have to do a Fictious name check? SO I OWN MY NAME!

So the question is: "HOW" much money do you have to for your false accusations? Ray never "GUESS" how much money a person has especially if Lawyers are involved. How do you know I'm not a Lawyer? How about Jkad who just posted? Maybe your a Lawyer, Ray!I

So Ray what is your real name and location?

    Now where were we Ray!
Oh ya got any nice places to ride where you live? What is your favorite trail?

Jkad: Will this be the usual rate? LOL!

Raymo, i was wondering if you can purchase that "bail out" sign you have on your avatar. We could really use something like that on the trails. Thanks, Joe

    !
You can not assume just because you own the name some one else can not use our court system to bully you into not using it. Best example I remember is an Atlanta area chain of pizza joints called something like Olympic Pizza that were sued out of existence by the 1996 Olympic Games. The shops had been in business for decades but that did not matter.

I meant cute not really towards the mistyping itself, but to what it was mistyped as. Coping! Come on that was funny.

Thanks I doubt Performance bike has to worry about little ole ME! Even if they did bully me out as you put it. It would give me way more time to play with the new Flow Jet and make really Trick Motorcycle parts. Besides I'm a Motorcycle shop with a "Bicycle problem" Where did you come up with 5000 dollars a day? Sounds like Cheap Lawyers! No worries we have the SNAKE on our side! He works for RATS!

    Still coping!

    LOL!
