Joe Fix Its | Bikes | Joe Fix Its' Sloppy Joe's Stewart Bike Tour
...Joe Fix It's, Sloppy Joe's, Stewart Bike the Buffer Tour this past Sunday. Riding the Stew is one of my favorite places to ride and race! Three levels of ride were offered, 9, 14, and 18 milers on the famous "flow and go" trails at Stewart State Forest in New York state.
Riding the Stew is always fast and furious, and even started out with a rip "down" Orchard, Rock Wall, Beaver Pond, Rowes Field, Block Bridge, continuing... Indecision, Wash Board, Pond Trail... a tour through the Factory, Root Ball, Ear gear, Bryan's Trail, Dawn, Pine Root, Muskrat, Bear, 46 Ford, 3 Sisters, Bike Frame, Sarah's Way, and ending up crossing MC bridge! This was one ride not to be missed, always keeping you on top of your gear and looking to go faster! As one rider said to me: "This is in the top 5 east coast riding places", and I agree!
To all the guys who put on a great ride thanks for everything, and Kim it was nice to ride with you!
We received great T-Shirts, Riding bikes at the bike demo, and food after the ride as well as a Huffy Toss and Wheelie contest, but Topcat and I bailed on the ladder stuff for a tour of OCC(Orange County Choppers) to see what new ideas the guys dreamed up lately.
