Hey Lee, How'd the 29'er handle down the Wagon Road? Kind of a Catch22 to ask in the sense that the bigger wheels might roll easier, but the rigid isn't helping any... Ttyl, Fahn

Rob:

We went up the Wagon Road. I could ride some of it where the terrain was solid, but it would break the rear tire free due to the angle of the slope. The next 11 miles were well can I say 11MPH for a long time..Singlespeed have a way with long flat downhill trails. BORING and it kills ya. You can't speed up at least I can't Not a Spinner!
The Rigid SS 29er is good some and bad many...1x9 would be more usable.......

I met the guy who is promoting the 24 hour race there the end of June should be really cool........He is going to use the Switchback trail.

C ya Hey you going to LSP tomorrow?

There is no charge for awesomeness......or attractiveness.

Good rep does not wash out the bad, nor the bad the good.
