Anyone know of a place that will polish a raw frame in the Philly, King of Prussia area?

You might try your local auto supply. Custom vehicles tend to use that application more than bicycle riders. They might know of someone. I don't know of any bicycle shop that advertises they do it! Personally I have done them. Lot's of work, but worth the finished product! Are you having it clear coated after because it will oxidize very fast and need constant polishing if not top coated. Clear coating does level the shine a bit!

Here's one in Ohio if you decide to send it out!

Start w/ a 180 grit and go all the way upto to 1100. Work in intervals of about 80 grits. After the 1100, then get yourself some polishing compund and a buffing wheel.
