As others have pointed out, all I can see is that they're from PA and in the 610 area code... so that could mean anywhere from west of Philly to north of the Lehigh Valley.

    So, uh....

Hum... Rumor has it that Don and Kenn will be at Bikeworks (www.guaranteedfun.com) in Harleysville, PA on Sunday 12.23.2007, around 3 - 5 PM. Don will be doing psychic serial number readings, so bring your EWR! If you do, we'll take pics and put them on our site.

    Found this!

Jay, just sent you guys a message to wish the best of luck to some fellow Pennsylvanians and voice my support for some 29" geometries, especially HTs. Keep us posted!

As far as what they're considering....

    Check out the site.
Woods Bikes, 29'er, urban, and (gasp!) dare I say?....full suspension!

I'm already putting my vote in for an E-Motion based single pivot 5" trail brawler! Keepin' it simple.

Glad to hear that they're back!
    Best wishes!

    Hey guys,

A lot of questions about us! It's great to see so much interest. Jay is out riding, so I thought I would answer these...

Availability - we are expecting raw frames very soon. Right now we are only going direct, but are discussing dealers and hopefully we can make this work.
Store - Sorry, no store front. Gotta keep the overhead low.....
Location - We are only in cyberspace. Well, cyberspace and our kitchens, keeping that overhead low.
What we will be doing is attending a bunch of events and announcing rides that we go on with demos, so check the site - www.ewrbikes.com. I am located in the Lansdale area so I'll be stopping by the local shops with bikes as soon as possible too.

    Hope this answers your questions.

Thanks for all the interest, hope to see you on the trails!

Sign me up for one if you ever build a 4" travel endurance/XC machine that fits 650B wheels. I'd love to pimp an EWR around Michaux State Forest.

Don't forget to mention that they are built by Bilenky Cycle Works.

I have seen them in person as well. They are pretty cool.

    Reinforced Head Tube
Externally butted seat tube, lower overall height
Floval top tube and tapered rear stays
All cable guides "Hydro-style" for full-length cable housing (Mt. Perk Jay suggestion)
    Clamp-on machined seat collar

    Protoype geometry:

    Head angle - 69 degrees
    Seat angle - 73 degrees
    Eff. Top Tube - 22.8" (Medium) / 24.3" (Large)
Chain Stays - 16.1" with mucho tire clearance
    BB Height - 12.25" (with 2.35" tires)
Designed around a 4" travel fork

These are a limited edition run with the original graphics as seen on the home page. Two colors are available - Bengal Orange and Hi Reflective White (as seen on the home page). For deposit info, please email us and we'll hok you up through paypal. We are expecting delivery around Valentine's Day. God willing....

Not to hijack the thread, but - I've heard rumors that Bill Grove & co. may also be making a return to framebuilding. If an 'updated' Grove X-frame were to hit the market now? Oh! Decisions, decisions....such a happy dilemma to be confronted with! Like 1993 all over again!

Long live the PA-built steel hardtail!
