    Christmas Eve on the Mountain....

....really nice day to be out riding....clear...cold....light snow cover....all standing water frozen......bright sunshine. Most rides on the Mountain start in my backyard....a tricky climb up through two rock bands....

    2 Santa.....

....Cruz....a Gary Fisher....a Specialized....a KHS...and a Surley.....several of us tried our first frozen lake riding of the winter season......always a little nerve racking knowing that 2 fresh streams are running into the lake and there is a running outflow....will it be safe...
