Sure, rub it in... it's like salt in the wounds right now. Monday I was seriously hours away from buying a GT Peace 9er SS when I discovered that I unexpectedly had to spend $1,500 on non-deferrable car maintenance. !!!!

I will be a SS rider as soon as I pay off my new Monocog...in the meantime, can I come if I don't shift?

Is one-one hard enough? It's still SS as long as I stay in granny and don't shift right?

22-34 is the same as 32-20 somewhere in some mathematic equation.

Guess it'll be a no shifting ride for me. Personally, earlier (9 or before) is always better for me.

Something we did in Austin was to put Chastity Belts on the bikes for riders that were only going to be temporarily shiftless.

If I can roll out of bed early enough I will be there. I only have one gear in the front. Does that count :-)

Nice to see the d-ville crew today, thanks for coming up boys.

good ride, almost feel like I wasn't the boat-anchor of the lot, though I was. ;^)

heck, at least I didn't crash out on the ice again.

Great time today, good to see everyone. Conditions could not have been better if it was July. And, yeah I abided by the rules on my multi-gear: 32-17 all day.

And still you maintained the high rider qualityship that I've come to expect from you.

Shoot, we even had Snow Angels out there.

Always brightens my ride to have Angels around.

Happy to meet and see everyone. Had a fun time even if I did come up lame. Treating my calf with Hop Back seems to be working. Here's a few pix, not a good camera day.

    Calling all SS riders!!

After only getting about 4.5 hours of sleep, this morning came way too soon for me but I really wanted to join today's ride!!! I packed up, picked up NEPMTBA, and pointed the Terminus Silverado towards the Moon and off we went into the sunrise!!! When we arrived at the Moon, there were quite a few vehicles there already. There was a mix of mountain bikers and dog walkers. We started our individual rituals to get ready for the ride, all the while wondering where our hosts, got bike!! and amysue were!!! They were fashionably late...I think got bike!! just likes to make an entrance...LMAO!!! Dirtrider6 showed up with his new Pug, that thing is amazing!!! I watched him ride over rock sections where he did not even pick a line...it is like a new camera, just point and click...LOL!!! A great time was had by all and I want to thank everyone that helps to make the Moon what it is...Thank you so much!!!

One of the dog walkers, Mary and her beautiful shepard, Sherman

    Say my name!!!

Dirtrider's Pug, complete with enormous hand warmers!!!

    The honorary Moon Lake Frog

NEPMTBA stormin' over a rock wall!!!

When I first read "dirtriders pug" I thought, "how the hell is a little dog like that going to keep up with people on bikes.

Awesome Surly. I passed a bunch of you yesterday coming down Larksville mountain when I was heading home.

Heading out to Moon Lake in a bit, hope you left me some dirt.
