Anybody riding at danville saturday 3/15?

Will anybody be riding at Danville this weekend? I will be in the area and i would love to get a ride in. I have ridden the mass race there the past two years but i do not really know my way around that well. If anybody is going out and doesnt mind me tagging along let me know.

Don't have any plans yet - if you're talking this Saturday we might be able to show you around. Idk if I have to work yet though.

9:00 is fine for me. do you guys ride out of the parking lot they normally use for the MASS race? I will be driving a silver VW and riding a Gary Fisher 29er.

No, go up the hill on Powder Rd a little further, and just after the hairpin turn there's a small dirt parking area on the left. I'll have a black VW golf,

You guys talking about Geisinger or something else?

That with a Roaring afternoon (after a snack break) may be a nice double header, followed by hitting the diner in Bloomsburg for fud afterwards so I don't fall asleep driving up Rt 11 back to Kingston.

Although, it's been a long time since I've ridden up in Mountain Top.

This also makes the huge assumption I can pedal a bike at all on Sat. Really hammered myself yesterday going up a downhill. On the bright side I may have found a way to have a significant shuttle run up here. Just need to work on the singletrack aspect.

    Tour De Tykes tomorrow?
I think it's a matter of personal choice, and people ride both, but can tell you that Danville is either all up or all down. Climbs are long, descents are extremely fast. Unlike every other trail system in NE-PA there are virtually no rocks.

Jonz i might have to disagree "partially" with the no rocks park theres maybe 1 trail up there that has a pretty rocky decent to it but its just one short section of the trail. other then that its rock free !
