    Where you are pics....

...not where you've been pics. Lets see pics of your home turf. My pic is of an isolated mountain here in central NH it is home for me. It fools many who travel north from Mass and other states into thinking that they are seeing the start of the White Mountains....many more miles before they see the Whites.

    Speaking of the White Mtns...

Possibly my favorite place on earth, this is less than a half-mile (as the crow flies) from my door. Good riding to get there too.

Here's a pic of the Cherry River that runs along my backyard. The Monongahela National Forest is on the right side of the pic. Hundreds of miles of trials with no user conflict.

    "Far away land"

We are very happy with our little slice of the crust....We will be enroute to our new home in July....Alaska here we come!
These were taken 1 hour ago in our little village, Velburg in southern Germany.

from the hill with ruins above our town

the trail leading to the hill with the ruins, fast as hell

The center of town, and local watering hole after a long ride. "Tucher" is beer.

You oughta come back... They have added a few connections that allow you to do anywhere from 10 to 30+ mile loops without ever riding the same section of trail twice. With all the rain we've had, the trails are fantastic... when they are dry. Which will hopefully be next week.

Yeah....there's some great riding back behind the estuary there, as well as up on Black hill. Haven't done that in a while....still looks like fun! I'm here in SLO, so I hit up Madonna a lot as well as Irish Hills and the Grade. Looking for people to ride with?

Sweet trails, I rode those in late Feb. on my way from the east coast back to CO. I met and rode with Jay, Jason and another cool guy from the area )all memebers of the Kansas Freeride Posse). Who know Kansas had such cool trails? The design/owner of Astrix Sports (my sponsor) went to school there.

I should be coming back through on the way to WV in August. I might have to stop for the night and do an early morning ride!

This trail is about 30 minutes away from my house. Unfortunately it is the closest one. This was taken 4-23-05. Still a lot of snow to melt.

trailhead is about 13 miles from my place in south east l.a. and takes about 20-30 minutes to get there. i wished i lived closer. i ride here almost exclusively these days, since i have so little time to ride. i'd rather ride longer than drive farther.

    here are a few more shots of the trails around turnbull canyon;

    Good job!

It's not the most scenic place that I've ridden, but it's the closest single track to where I live (Harmony Creek trail that's listed in the Trail Review sction).

    our backyard

I've been told our track looks lame.
But my son, a few of his friends and I enjoyed riding around on it. It has good flow and lots of different ways to ride.
I'm working on plans to have an "End of School, Backyard Bike Bash and BBQ" one weekend soon, for some of his friends and parents.

    OK, I'll play too

I see we are all very lucky!! This is my home trail. Some are better, some are worse, but this is a 1 minute ride to the end of the street from my house. About 15 miles of available trail. A great mix of everything--climbing, downhills, technical sections and easy bits.

Some of us have a little further to go.

    1. Here's my house.

    2. Here's my closest bike trail.

    3. Drive in that direction for 45 minutes and you get to here..

    4. View from the top. Hey I can see my house - and a few million others

    Home away from home

This is a few miles south of Apsley Ontario. I don't live there, yet, but it's my home away from home. This is in the Peterborough Crown Game Preserve.

yep, took it with my canon SLR last summer. burned a whole roll of 24 exp trying to catch that money shot. i've never seen as many amazing thunderstorms as here, and i'm from central florida, ya know.

the bike has made the first move - did the initial post-winter inspection and a spin around the block - but no rides yet. i'm still in snowboard mode at the moment. went to chamonix over the weekend for their last day of the season. might go to zermatt or saas fee this coming weekend.

let me know when you're ready for a ride. how about some trails around geneva and/or in the jura?

    Great pictures from everyone, but....

Brrrrr, alot of those pictures look a bit on the cold side for my thin blood. Heres some pics from a couple of blocks away from my house on Kauai, if only I had an easy 4 million for a home by the ocean..... sniffle sniffle.
