Smile Videos of epic singletracks in the french alps

I have been in the French alps this summer. One week of lift accessed singletracks (plus some extra pedaling now and then). The Paradiski area with Les Arcs and Le Plagne had surprisingly many nice singletracks and epic descents. Just to give you a taste of our week in heaven I have made some videos from 3 of the best trails:

Thanks to the guys at trailAddiction.com for hosting and excellent guiding

    Thanks
"the building" is the chalet (Refuge de Mont Juvet) we spent the night on this 2 day trip. It started of as a joke that it would be cool to make a film of us just jumping out of bed, onto the bikes and out on to the tracks. As you can see the tracks actually start just outside the steps. I never made the bed footage, but figured it still would be a cool start of the film to use this clip. It is was 08:00 i the morning, and we had just finished breakfast and its the chef coming out to see whats going on, when I am entering the main door with my bike ...

Amazing videos, I'm going to visit my sister in lyon this december. I'm trying my best to bring my bike with me even though I'm sure any decent riding locations will be covered in snow...

That looks like pure heaven on two wheels! Some of the drop-offs in the 3rd video made me want to pee my pants though. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! Riding through that scenery must have been truly spectacular. Have to get there someday.

Are bikes allowed access to most of the trails? Saw some hikers standing off to the side of the trail to let your crew pass, everyone get along?

    Great stuff!

It sure would be hard to keep my eyes on the trail with views like that. French Alps now added to my list of places to go.

    Wow! Great vids!

Some of it looks like areas just north of Durango, CO. One trail looks a little like the 401 in Crested Butte but on steroids! I guess my favorite is the super high speed section in the second vid. You guys are launching off minor undulations in the trail.

    Thank You for sharing!

    Thanks for the videos!

Great vids Lars - I have been riding that area for some years and know two of those trails. It is very difficult to capture how steep and tight some of that stuff is and your footage does an excellent job of that in places. Nice work!

Thank you all for your feedback
There is a lot of biking home videos of trails out there, but I think that my videos show how much more interesting the film becomes if the weather is nice, and you have a stunning view surrounding the trails
