    Today, I Didn't Do Anything

3 weeks off a sprained ankle and a broken foot bone...

    I didn't hammer.
    I didn't carve.
    I didn't huck.
    I didn't shred.
    I didn't manual.
    I didn't drop.
    I didn't practice.
    I didn't train.
    I didn't haul a$$.

    I barely broke a sweat.

One of my best rides ever!
    You just notice things.

Speedy recovery to all those who are down!

    -F

Glad you're back up and riding. I'm just starting to road ride after a broken wrist from the trail. After a month off just cruising on the road bike is a joy. I'm going in for ankle surgery at the end of the month to hopefully finally get rid of some persistent problems so I'll be down for a while again soon. I'm learning about patience.

Me neither. First time it's rained all day since May.
    Keep the Country country.

I've still got a few weeks to go on 3 fractures in my right hand. Shame because the conditions are perfect currently.
    I see hills.

    I want to climb them.

i didn't do anything today because i didn't want to...but work and commute to and from work...

probably best though, since i strained a knee muscle this weekend chasing simpletons...

good luck with your aches and breaks, my friends...the time on the bike will be that much sweeter when you're whole again...i've been there...(two smashed hands at the end of 2000, just before christmas break)

Heal well all, and enjoy the riding when you return to the bike.
