    Team Wrong Way kicks ass

A friend of mine sent me this from the Groovy Gravity Games web page.

"Also, a word of caution to you sandbaggers out there - if you win your category by 10 seconds or more, you will be

Since we're the organizers, we reserve the right to do this. Tough break. SO REGISTER IN THE CORRECT CLASS!!! Sandbagging will not be tolerated. Thank you and have a nice day."

That's the way to do it.... Good job Team Wrong Way.

    that is awsome ...

    that is the best policy
if i understand it they automaticaly move you to the next class if your results are
that much higher you have no choice and trying to sandbag is pointless because you will be compared to you peers anyway ....HAAHAA!

i was actually thinking about trying racing next year and i've been reading the training forum and other racing related posts ...(btw mtbr is the best way to find what you need or links to it for tech and training, thank's folks)

i had no idea that it was a problem ...

course this the first time i've ever seriously considered racing too

it makes sense though ...i've seen a lot of people do stupid things to boost their ego's ...
but to race a class lower to make your self feel better ...i would feel as if i entered a show as an amature (course people do that too, but i reserve the right to call them names to thier face) just for the blue ribbon ...

when a mention in the pro catagory, not even a ribbon, would get me few thousand in gallery sales
this year i will be competing in art shows and such and if i score well this year i will try my hand at racing next year (cause i will have moore free time)

    seems sensless
thanks george that is a neat site and racing team ...
