I had it for a year and just canceled. I did not think it was worth it. I really only want to compare my times to myself and not need to compare based on age or weight. I also do not use any of the other premium features. Heatmaps do not help me and I am not seriously training so the goal setting and instant updates on my cell are a waste.

I only gather data for myself and based on how their app performs I could never see myself paying for "premium".

Received a "code" from a friend to upgrade to premium for a year last year and the subscription ends this month on the 28th. Really did not see a use for it since I do not utilize the premium features. Going back to the freebie subscription after the 28th.

The app really is pretty lousy. They need to do some serious QC before releasing the next version. Mine is constantly locking up and crashing. Same with my wifes.

I feel ya on that as well. I must have lost at least 10 rides this year because the app crashes or GPS loses connection on segments of rides that the app picked up before with no problem.

So far I've had no problems with the free version, and see no need to upgrade for what I use it for. I'm just occasionally tracking my improvements on a couple of regular loops that I ride, so free is good.
