I thought about rigging something like that for years but never got around to it. If you get a little air will the front of the ski dig in and flip you OTB, or is the back of it weighted to keep it nose high?

If you look careful, you see The front of ski is bend upward and keeping the nose in the right place.
Also, I centered the ski in the way that the front is lighter than back of it, therefore, the front always point up when I lift the ski off.
I have seen some diy with bungee cord to keep the nose upward a bit.
