I had some time early this morning so the decision was made to hit the Rye Spur trail. The area is still a little smoky from all the forest fires but you couldn't ask for a better day to ride.
Working our way up to 4 mile lake.
Made it to the lake, took a little break to get some food and prepare for the long, soft and steep climb to the top of Rye Spur. The lake is the lowest I have ever seen it.
Great trail up and always incredible views on top. The sun and smoke were not cooperating to take clear pics.
A loose but always fun 1600' drop back to the truck I am absolutely loving the Transition Covert 29!. Great ride as always.
